For Macro Mondays for 1/23 for tape. This is a fabric case for some reading glasses and to reinforce the edges, it is sewn with bias binding tape. Btb, this was not the picture I thought I’d take but it’s sort of dramatic— yes?… The size verification shot should be next in the photostream— this portion is about an inch and 5/8ths.

Sony FE 90mm Macro G OSS - f/9.0
A 9-shot stack in Photoshop, and as usual PS erased the EXIF data. It was shot at f/9.0, ISO 100 for 1.3 seconds per frame. Don't tell anyone, but the stacking script in Photoshop sucks.
This is a branch of a rose bush, I had planned on a different photo but when I found this growing with the stripes and dots yesterday thought It a better choice.

The theme of Macro Mondays for 7/10 is dots. This is probably the most elegant of the 6 possibilities for today. It’s a ceramic egg that opens up - for hiding small treasures.
