Some Flickr user named S. Sinclair has been ripping my pix off regularly - I have filed 4 Flickr DMCAs already and she slaps it back up on her feed. She claims she "found it on internet" - "She looked at my feed and I was obviously incapable of producing this work - and today claims I must have ripped it off as was too good for SL. My pix is my own and obviously older than her rip - Also I have other pix in same outfit in my feed. And I am wearing on my neck an item produced in SL I blogged for Eclipse Event. I dunno some days it just gets old...

A 1980-built DC-10 which didn't enter airline service until joining Zambia Airways in 1984.
The aircraft became G-DMCA with Monarch Airlines in 1996. WFU in 2010 and broken up in 2012, the front fuselage survives in the Manchester Airport Viewing Park.

"For those who have gotten wind of current defamation and untruthful claims against *ES* and our pose store in copying poses from a rival pose store we filed a DMCA giving us the right to show all evidence of our creations upload dates etc etc filing a DMCA (which is a proper legal channel for any content theft..not just copyright =p covered under the act of the DMCA) in showing just the opposite..that the accusers have copied poses from *ES*.
The reason Linden Lab has this process is to hold providers liable for creations unique to individuals and items they create in SL. Just like skins or clothes which are not copyrighted in most cases.
The Blog below is written by an SL member who understands what DMCA's are. It further explains the DMCA process and issues we have gone through in our name being defamed. We urge you to read. Should anyone have questions you may feel free to IM us in-world or drop us a flickrmail."

I stumbled onto this crazy six-minute track while exercising fair use rights on the Wall*E DVD for educational purposes at the Museum (though exercising fair use rights on DVDs involves breaking the law thanks to the DMCA).
Also, the Wall*E DVD contains 60GB of data. How can a standard DVD contain 60GB of data?!
