This is Dixie. She lives across the street but has taken on the part time job of defending us by barking, and accepts treats. I can tell if anyone is coming up our driveway because she comes racing up to the house before I can see the car. She's a sweet little thing.

Family and staff members as well as Chamber Ambassadors were on hand to support owner Michael Beeler at their ribbon cutting ceremony. You are encouraged to stop by and try the delectable food items on their Cajun menu. You can also call them at (830) 331-2221 for take out orders.
