"In public health, social distancing, also called physical distancing, is a set of non-pharmaceutical interventions or measures intended to prevent the spread of a contagious disease by maintaining a physical distance between people and reducing the number of times people come into close contact with each other."
I 've made similar shots with the same boat and the same mountains again and again. But this is something I do usually in my everyday life, when I have no time to pick up my camera and spend time searching for new subjects. In my morning walk, I try to find new points of view for things I have shooted in the past. Once more I used my full manual telescope lens to shorten the distance between the background of snowy mountains and the port.
I need it to see you through all the distance between us...
I know... another song in spanish... I'm sorry... But that song fits perfectly my feelings now...
Así que... si a alguien le interesa saber qué pasa por mi cabeza en estos 10 útlimos días que parecieron 100 siglos... a escuchar la cancioncita...
If 10 days were like 100 centurys, 7 years will pass slowly... :(
Sixty years ago in senior high school, my school days were full of athletics, cross-country in the fall, basketball during the winter and track in the spring. Leaving for school early on spring mornings for a nearly hour long bus ride, my school day passed quickly with fevered nonsense with friends and sparring with teachers but ended up with many tiring runs around our quarter mile track. Exhausted and arriving home as the sun was setting, I found the distance from the end of our lane to the barn to do chores the longest distance as the exhilaration of the day ebbed away.

The weather was somewhat clear while I was stuck in the office this morning so when it came time to go grab a coffee I took the long way to the coffee shop to see what I could see.
I could hear a cardinal off in the distance, but he wasn't interested in posing for my camera, but luckily for me, this guy was more than happy to stop and pose.
The rain started just as I was leaving work, but that means I don't need to water my lawn so I'm okay with this. Always a fan of having one less thing to do on my to-do list.
Hope everyone has had a good day.
