if you look at the architecture at those fancy bungolos you would think yourself worlds apart from the crumbling againg blocks of Havana.. There was lighting in the distance which i was desperate to captue..a plan was passing on the top right which would spray the resort with mesqutio repellant every night..I managed to capture that as seen by the red trail (nicley reflected too)

29 degrees C/88 degrees F and humidity above 80% is an interesting time to capture images in Nassau. Using Image 100 for the first time, again trying to practice looking for that thing called color. Nonetheless, the palate of this is much more subdued than Portra and Ektar, and in my naive hands does better with more subtle shades than overly bright ones. The latitude is quite good, and at EI100 I was surprised at its versatility. It does remind me that it might be time for more C41 chemistry. Thanks to all who continue to capture and inspire the rest of us.

A walk near Amlwch Port during sunset. The rich colour heather was lovely as the foreground to the golden tone of the sea with East Mouse in the distance.
Drove 90 minutes south last Sunday to Hickory, NC. Came across Century Furniture manufacturing, one of the few survivors in a industry that moved out years ago. With the place fenced and locked up, I had to shoot from a distance. So, it was a zoom lens and a parking lot on a hill across the street. Wasn't an ideal situation, but I couldn't pass up the green windows and stacks. I also got to meet "Security"...very pleasant.

I was on a quest this morning to find a Gothic wall ornament which I had previously seen in another Flickr member's photostream. And there it is in the distance.

My daughter playing in the college campus where I live. With the college closed, this allows us an effective social distancing method while allowing her to play outdoors. Only if the Midwest weather was more supportive!
