Pinwheels, little windmills, another prop of Summer, theses things bring back memories from deep within... your childhood...
A pinwheel, the sound of that plastic whirring sound...
Can bring back such vivid memories, with a sort of ache.
How can I resist, such fun colours, another photo begging to be taken. LOL
Have a wonderful day, filled with love and beauty, M, (*_*)

Only had my macro lens so couldn't get any more of the display in the frame.
Stopped by a beautiful annual display of tulips and grape hyacinth near a local business briefly late on a very windy day. Unfortunately the tulips were already beginning to wilt and not at their peak beauty. Had focus issues again which I didn't realize until getting back home, very frustrating, but saving a few anyway since likely more faded now.
Thanks to everyone who faves or comments! I apologize should I miss replying to any comments.

Fireworks are a class of low explosive pyrotechnic devices used for aesthetic and entertainment purposes. The most common use of a firework is as part of a fireworks display. A fireworks event (also called a fireworks show or pyrotechnics) is a display of the effects produced by firework devices. Fireworks competitions are also regularly held at a number of places. Fireworks (devices) take many forms to produce the four primary effects: noise, light, smoke, and floating materials (confetti for example). They may be designed to burn with colored flames and sparks including red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, and silver. Displays are common throughout the world and are the focal point of many cultural and religious celebrations.

Pelicans can be graceful, almost "ballet'ic" in synchronous flight or in the water—but pelicans can also display complete disharmony! There wasn't quite enough room on the log for the whole group, and of course there's always the "odd man out"!

A couple of lavish light displays erected for Christmas as far away as Norfolk Island (which I visited last year at this time) and as nearby as the next suburb. The only sad thing is I have to stay up past 9pm to see them as the days continue to lengthen. That is getting late given the birds are now stirring at 4.30-5am each morning, and waking me up! HMMM
A vivid mammatus display in Burlington, Colorado on May 27th, 2018. This was one of the better displays that I've ever seen. The wind turbines to give you a sense of scale to just how large the individual clouds are and how encompassing the entire display is.

Two Eurofighter Typhoons of 29 Squadron RAF Coningsby were based at Liverpool/John Lennon Airport 27-28 Aug for the 2022 Rhyl Seafront Airshow North Wales. Typhoon FGR.4 ZJ914 is seen lining up on runway 27 on Sunday about to roll for a non reheat take off, resplendent in the 'Union Flag' colour scheme on the tail and wings (top & underside shown to good effect when banking). A reserve FGR.4 accompanied 914 and remained on the ramp this being ZJ942 in the normal grey scheme.

Agave americana, common names century plant,[5] maguey, or American aloe, is a species of flowering plant in the family Asparagaceae, native to Mexico and the United States in Texas. It is cultivated worldwide as an ornamental plant, and has been naturalized in many regions, including parts of the West Indies, South America, Mediterranean Basin, Africa, Canary Islands, India, China, Thailand, and Australia.
Despite the common name "American aloe", it is not in the same family as aloe, though it is in the same order, Asparagales.

Taken from across the street, we were lucky to see a great display in front of the Bellagio Casino while walking along The Strip in LV.
