A lone visitor enjoying a sunny Saturday morning at the esteemed Bridgeview Bed & Breakfast sits outside on the deck, while empty chairs and windows look out across the Susquehanna River awaiting freight trains. Mounted on the wall between the windows, owner Keith Latimer has set up a television screen displaying the Norfolk Southern Harrisburg East ATCS monitor, which shows the track line and tracking information of trains coming and going. On the tray tables sitting in front of the window are also binoculars and countless railroad magazines, making this the ultimate room for tracking and catching trains.
