Please, do not use my photos

With regard to photography, my interest lately has been more focused on film -- putting together packages to send out for my CPP double exposure project, playing with Lomo toy cameras, & so forth. But I still carry a digital with me all the time and grab scores of shots that I pretty much ignore or forget about.

Anyway, as a means of defeating the blah feeling that often accompanies the beginning of the week -- and to force myself to take some time w/ all these digital shots that I compulsively grab -- I'll continue posting at least one or two Finepix images every Monday. Geirstaðakirkja church is a rebuilt turf church from the Viking period (930-1262). In 1997 there was an archaelogical excavation and it showed there was an ancient farm in the land of Litli-Bakki. The remains were of a small church, a longhouse and two other smaller buildings. The church is open to the public, people just have make sure that the door is well shut after they leave.
