Blown out highlight on the eye. Seems to be the only area affected. This tells me the eye is the most reflective part of the body. Also the second highlight is from direct sunlight, probably best to shoot in the shade.
it seems that lots of hydrants in SF are labled with numbers. i have *NO* idea what any of them mean, but i'm trying to collect them all...

I used the Diffused Glow filter. This is Emily on the beach in Pacific City, Oregon just outside Pelican Brewing. Cape Kiwanda is in the background.

After being away from my camera for 3 weeks, I am back in full effect. It's like I found my groove again. So here are some shots I took again of my oil scented reed diffusers. I especially love the ones out of the bottle.
One bottle had no oil left in it and the other had a tiny bit leftover. That is one some are wet and some are dry.
