I appreciated the fact that these were quite plain and normal, as opposed to being made with uber fancy ingredients. Very good!

My wife prepared bacon wrapped chicken, great northern beans, deviled eggs and potato salad for supper tonight.
For supper my wife prepared baked chicken with Italian breading, green beans, scalloped potatoes and deviled eggs.
I'm not normally a fan of deviled eggs (something about the whole mucking about unstuffing, mushing and restuffing doesn't appeal to me) but I must say these ones from Chef Belcham were ok. I'm still not a deviled egg lover but I ate the whole thing without any second thoughts. Must be the smooth creaminess of the filling or the added fresh pick me up from the chives.
Father's Day lunch at my inlaws. My mother-in-law is a great cook, nothing fancy, just a great cook. Everything looked so good, I couldn't resist a few shots before everyone ate.
