I don't remember the specifics on what they did to the trout but these deviled eggs from Beaker & Flask definitely involved trout. They were good but a bit on the salty side.

On New Year's Eve (Saturday, December 31, 2016), Mike and I headed to Yard House (11800 Domain Blvd.) at Domain Northside for lunch, courtesy of a gift card my brother Dave sent us. We started with their yummy Deviled Eggs (though we left of the candied bacon since I'm a vegetarian)...

These probably will be gone before dinner, but that's okay. It was fun making them and it is definitely fun eating them. We're going to have pasta (brought from Italy) for dinner.
