On a good day, when the kids are genuinely learning something (in this case, a little bit about book-binding, through the construction of codex-bound books), the Design Lab looks like this: a mess. On the one hand I love it when it looks like this. On the other, I dislike it, because I know that the clean-up is going to consume a great deal of time.
One of my next tasks is going to be to train a whole host of 'apprentices' on how to reorganize and clean the Design Lab on a regular basis.
I was too excited to wait to do another doll. I wanted to try and do a new one a week, but I could not help myself. This 3rd attempt was slightly off in some places, but i love it. Now I'll be patient and wait until I get the add ons I ordered off amazon, before I do another. :)
