Lovely package design of the scarf.

It has the water retention agents inside the scarf. When you wear it around a neck after dipping this in water for 10 minutes. It makes a head cool by evaporation heat.

In a midnight epiphany, and shopping around for too-expensive sideboards and shelving options I suddenly knew what to do with that wall for the minimal price of 3 IKEA Lack shelves.

Custom Logo Design concepts for The Polka Dot Cottage Photography. Debbie would like a whimsical logo design with a cottage. These are the three design concepts I have come up with. #1 is her favorite and she is still trying to decide. What do you think? I'm still taking 1-2 clients for custom logo design. Design Methods was a book authored in the 1960's by J. Christopher Jones. the book is a tour de force of rigorous methods to decide "what to make" and not just "how to make". it outlines a process including analysis and synthesis, and frankly, sound a lot like what the I.D. is teaching now... but only 40 years after this book was published.

the book is certainly dated but i am shocked to consider how far Design would have come as a discipline if designers would have actually used Jones' methods. by the latest edition here:

Every product on the market has a barcode and yet only few companies have dared to interact with it design-wise. Since we always pay attention to details we decided to play around with the barcode. We saw the opportunity of a blank space around the barcode and designed it look more interesting by implementing roots growing from the barcode to form a fully grown tree which is a clear reference to our clients business. We have also designed a user friendly manual in a form of pictograms on the back of the package. Drawing of these pictograms was more challenging task then we thought as we needed to display the usage of the product in three small boxes. The design and colors choices proved to be a success at the end of the branding process.

Unique landscape design including stone benches, laid flagstone separated with crab grass, a pond-less water feature with a decorative pot and an arbor.

Beyon logo & identity design by SEA Design.

Its construction dates back to the period of Spanish Viceroyalty of Enrique de Guzman, Count of Olivares. It was built by Giovanni Domenico D'Auria using a design by the Swiss architect Domenico Fontana (born: 1543, Melide, Switzerland), between 1600 and 1601. Also involved in its completion were the sculptor-architects Michelangelo Naccherino, Pietro Bernini, and Cosimo Fanzago.

The fountain originally stood near the Arsenal in the port. In 1629, it was transported to Largo di Palazzo (now Piazza del Plebiscito), near the Royal Palace of Naples, but since it hindered the festivals held in the plaza there, the fountain was again moved to Borgo Santa Lucia, near Castel dell'Ovo. There, more statues, these by Fanzago were added. In 1638, it was again moved, this time to Largo delle Corregge, today Via Medina. During the revolt of Masaniello in 1647, the statue was damaged. Further damage occurred during the sacking of Naples in 1672 by the Viceroy Pedro Antonio de Aragón. In 1675, it underwent restoration and was moved to the Molo Grande.

This migratory fountain has continued to move through Naples: in 1886, it was dismantled, to reappear two years later in the Piazza Plaza della Borsa (now Plaza Giovanni Bovio), where it stood till 2000, when it was returned to Via Medina to allow for work on the Naples Metro.

In my design exploration I often try and solve problems >

this Dining Table I drew

was a Simple Glass and Steel Table

to coordinate with a Wall-Mounted-Shelving-Display I also created for the same room.

Unbeknownst-to me.....about half a Century before I drew my concept-

The French Furniture Designer- Extrodinairre- Jean Royere made a similar "desk" with a Shelf,

below the top to Store Papers, etc.....

I like the simplicity of BOTH designs- sadly- the weight of the .75" thick glass atop the Table I made- was so heavy- that my design "wiggled" too much for the clients liking....(and mine too-;( and

I needed to Remake/Redesign their custom table.

I never had that occur before in my 25 years of being a designer/MAKER.

NEVER.
