Tim concocted these delicious burgers, which were mixed with onion and red jalapenos, and then topped with grilled queso de freir, half-sour pickles, lettuce, tomato, and a horseradish dressing. Crazy blend of flavors, but oh so yummy!

None of my friends enjoy red beer. In fact, they all think it's disgusting. I had this with my salmon/rice/shrimp/green beans/potatoes dinner, which sort of defeated the purpose of eating healthy. Then again, tomato juice is supposedly really good for you.
I also wanted to mention that I love the Miller High Life bottles.
