A special dessert, not on the regular menu, at the "Be Our Guest" restaurant in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World.
The song from Beauty and the Beast that the restaurant is named after features the line "Try the Grey Stuff / It's delicious! / Don't believe me? / Ask the dishes!", so clearly they needed to come up with something to fit.
I only had a couple of bites, but it seems to be some sort of light chocolate mousse, and it is, indeed, yummy. We were lucky enough to try it because we were celebrating Erick's birthday...
so pretty & so delicious, these are for one person^~^

I baked this in my Convection Oven today. I love this Squash, it's my fave. I also have a huge pot of Chicken Bone Broth simmering on the stove that will soon turn into Schav. Schav is another name for Sorrel Soup. We have a couple of clumps of Sorrel growing in the garden.
Thanks Ar'alani for the description on that last one, gave me the idea for a name for this one!

lightly processed in Lightroom... and thanks everyone for encouraging me on that last one... it is a pretty fun program, and for me seems to work intuitively... which is great since I am not soo good at reading manuals!

I downloaded Delicious Library today. I haven't purchased it yet, still using the demo. But it's a cool little app that I probably will buy soon. These are some of my Movies on DVD.
