These beautiful Autumn leaves were discovered at Freeman Lake Park. Simply beautiful!
Hope you enjoy them too.
House built in 1926 out in the country has been dramatically changed by the owners over their last 20 years here.
When I saw this paisley print I was automatically drawn to it. Sitting next to it was the stripped/circle fabric and I was instantly drawn to the unexpected combination.

Deep red faceted briolettes of AAA garnet, dangle so delicately from made-by-hand elongated earwires. The color is dark and dramatic. Their simple profile and sparkle add to their drama.

These amaryllis flowers bloomed on Sophia's birthday. The bulb was planted on St. Nicholas Day. My Dad used to grow amaryllis flowers each winter, and I remember the beautiful red flowers. He was always so happy when the flowers would emerge.
A stunning disc of smoky quartz is accented by briolettes of orissa garnet and rock crystal quartz. The smoky quartz sits on a hand-forged fine silver ball headpin; all other findings are sterling silver.
Treat your January baby to this lush deep wine red garnet pendant. It is coupled with a fine silver pendant formed by hand from PMC that has been oxidized and hand buffed to bring out its deep paisley pattern. The aaa gemstone's fine faceting really stands out against the darkened silver pendant. The pair live below an oxidized sterling silver rolo chain, which closes with one of my hand forged clasps. On either side of the clasp live two golden hessonite garnets.

These are just popping up in the garden and look fantastic. Got to be one of the most beautiful flowers.
I feel like stuck with butterflies and odonatas.. so I try to get the most of them..
I don't have macro lens, so I had to be ridiculously close to get this one. He sometimes flew when I got too close but he perched back at the same spot, so I just stayed still.
