Shame, I had an image ( Trio In Brick Lane) which I feel was much better than this, unfortunately it was a bit old, I have posted it in the "Old Photos that fit the brief " discussion thread for Instruction 16.
A Hindu temple dedicated to Lod Vishnu, located near the towm of Tampaksiring,Bali. The spring at the temple is crystal clear & the Balinese consider to to be Amrith.Tirta Empul=Holy Spring.
Legend has it that Lord Indra created the spring to revive his followers who had been killed by King Mayadanawa. He then pierced the earth to create a spring which made them immortal…
Founded in 926 AD, this is a lovely peaceful place unlike most Indian temples where the crowds deny you the Zen like calm found in all Balinese temples. Some snaps…

Hey Roxxi
That neighbor is special. He deserves the time and effort it would take Lady A to learn the Tripple Flip!
I may have inadvertantly taught it to Annie though.

Fellow Flickrite alma83 saw one of my recent flower pictures and offered some constructive criticism of it. I admitted that it was not the best image I had posted, but promised to take a "glorious" flower picture sometime in the near future and dedicate it to her. I don't know if this one qualifies as being "glorious," and I might not be able to capture something that good until I invest in some better lenses -- something like a 2.8 with better macro capability, for example. But this one offers better contrast and is much more colorful than the other one she saw, and I hope it's a little closer to her standard. If not, I'll try again, and she may have 15 more flower images dedicated to her before this little project is over.
This is a hibiscus I planted for my wife several weeks ago. I pulled it up on the computer and told her I was going to dedicate it to my friend, and she teased me about it. "You're going to dedicate MY flower to HER?" she asked. No, I replied; not the flower, just the image of it. Besides, I added, I had planted this hibiscus just for her, and it would keep blooming, so she could always enjoy it; meanwhile, I saw nothing wrong with allowing my Flickr friend to enjoy some of the crumbs that fell from my wife's table, so to speak. In that case, she asked, would I be telling alma83 that this picture was nothing but a crumb? I don't recall how I answered that question, but I hope my friend enjoys this image all the same.

For dedicated runners, heel pain that will not go away is frustrating and takes the joy out of running. Ignoring the pain may work for a while, but eventually, you will need to seek treatment if you are ever going to enjoy running again.
In the past, treatment for plantar fasciitis involved mostly stretching of the calf muscles and Achilles tendon, along with orthotic inserts. However, new research has revealed that a load bearing approach that strengthens all of the structures surrounding the plantar fascia may accelerate healing and prevent recurring episodes of plantar fasciopathy.
