I pass this apple tree almost every day. It still has some apples on it until this day this late in the year! Every time the few remaining apples catch my attention even out of the corner of my eye while driving past it. Today, they looked particularly colorful. So I stopped and "picked" a picture. I hope you enjoy!

Well, i am finally done Christmas shopping, yay. I also got a new coat and boots as an early christmas gift so i decided to bundle up and venture out to get some new deer shots. As i crouched down into the snow, this little beauty walked up to me:) I also saw something very strange in the distance.. two older deer, both does i believe, one looked like it was carrying the other, maybe it was tired, or sick? I will upload a photo in the comments..maybe you have seen this behavior before?
Yesterday, I saw (among others) F40, F50 and Enzo. I also had a magic ride in the F50. What a day !!

L540 holds at Palmer Line Jct for the LS&I 7 Weigher job to clear with empty vans for the Tilden Mine. Typical winter overcast skies gave off a bit of a dynamic blue hour feel well into mid morning on this chilly December day.
Nessie isn't too sure about the cold air that was blowing in through the window this afternoon.

In December the days are very short. The sun goes down around 2.30 pm. This Christmas time is cold, but sunny in Helsinki.
These houses are built after the war for the soldiers who came back from the war. Nowadays this area is rather popular because it is green and quiet and not far from the centre of Helsinki.
