Just for fun, I downloaded and started playing with Azureus (a Java-based bittorrent client). It has some pretty nifty data visualization tools built-in; here are some screenshots for my future reference.

This data was captured by Dave Shave-Wall from his observatory. He kindly let me have a go at processing the stacked frames.
The data was taken through OIII, HA and SII filters. The calibration and stacking of the individual frames was completed by Dave in CCDStack, the alignment, integration and post processing was completed by me in Pixinsight.
It has some issues as I am still learning the in's and outs of narrowband processing but for a first attempt it is ok I think. The nasty colour around the bright stars is a result of reflections caused by Dave's filters, I may try processing this again with masks specifically to control those areas better. It would have been a lot easier if the reflections had been in the same place for each filter.
Nature data is a permutation of two contrasting yet complementary elements combined within a street sculpture. The two binary elements of artificial/natural are aligned displaying a comparison of ephemeral forms within time and space.
EXIF data is a little wrong on this one. I used a Nikon AIS 50mm 1.4 Manual lens with a Mitakon focal reducer. Great Lens!
