A courier daily routine in Pangkalpinang traditional market. He don't know when will he have to stop his destiny as a courier.

Exercise is an important habit to include in your daily routine. Any exercise that you enjoy will help keep your muscles and bones healthy – Dance, walk or play a sport. You could also try yoga or Pilates. Even a 5-min stretch counts!

I do this pretty much every day. I love this gadget, it saves me a lot of time.

I'm a paraprofessional (aka teacher's aide) and primarily work with third graders. However, I do have lunch duty and see kindergarteners and first graders then. This precious note was given to me by a kindergartener today. <3
