A woman with curly hair stands in her bright kitchen, savoring the rich aroma of a freshly brewed coffee. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, ideal for starting the day.
It's hard to shot nice things everyday, so here's a little bit of my wall with polaroid "black square on white background" reproduction ;)
A kitchen mixer sits on a counter with a whisk attachment. In the background, fresh apples are placed in a bowl, indicating a baking task is about to start.
This is not a great shot though I found the subject very interesting. Each day Hemingway stood on the bathroom scales and made a note of his weight on the wall above the tiles. It makes a fascinating account of the man's focus on his health and condition which is interesting given his known love of the liquor!
For more than two decades, famed author Ernest Hemingway occupied Finca Vigia, a hilltop villa 20 kilometers east of Havana. Built in 1886 by the Catalan architect Miguel Pascual y Baguer, the house was acquired in 1939 by Hemingway, who lived there until 1960.

This particular Mosaic piece serves as a demonstration of the people from different paths of fields trying to catch up on their daily activities and appointments on time. I think it is a critical and crucial moment for us to realize that we are still trying to stay busy during the time of the pandemic though we have all been affected by such a crisis. The ongoing battle between us and the virus has somehow made us stronger and more vigilant than we are before.
