I realized that it's a bit tricky cycling in a pencil skirt, but where's a will, there's a Velocouture way.
I just happened to catch the sight of this old advertising billboard, and loved the fact that the face was one of the last parts hanging on in there... you never know who's looking at you! (I think its Anthony Hopkins (see the text on the right) - enjoy :)

'Speaking in Spokes'
Where I’m from, travel is by car and without one you’re staying home for the day. Besides small cul-de-sac’s and riding in back parking lots, bikes weren’t a popular image. When I first arrived in Savannah, I was greeted by herds of bikes traveling in every direction. After four years, I’ve come to realize that not only are bikes a primary source for transportation, but they also have their own colorful personalities - just like their owners. Whether a person rides their bike for fun or exercise or just to get to point B, each biker user is wonderfully unique and this series is meant to embrace that.

The rush hour commute is always a great time to be photographing in London, so many faces, stories and angles to capture. After decades of life behind the lens, I still enjoy the discipline and challenge of street photography in this amazing, wonderful and vibrant city that has captivated me all my life.
