This is the drip mould to the left of the entrance. It features a rose and maple leaf among other foliage.

The saturation really brings out the colours in the stone, which is from Simpson Island, at the mouth of Nipigon Bay.

My hubby and I were standing in the kitchen talking when I noticed a very small drop of water on the faucet catching the setting sunlight. Camera time! Who knew the kitchen sink could produce something so pretty and unique?

Light use of soulful action to add a touch of color.

Maybe I need to calibrate my monitor? The colors here are way different than in photoshop or in lightroom.

I decided to do an updated version of my old drip picture so ths time i went in my kitchen instead of my bathroom. I set my camera to the highest shutterspeed and widest apature I could. The lighting for this shot is simply my normal kitchen lightbulb and possible some ambient light from a nearby window. The background was previously too dull so I decided to put a red cutting mat behind the tap to give it some vibrance.

You might have noticed the slightly doobius shadow in the drip. Thats is just the inverted image of the taps shadow. I may enjoy photography but that isnt a result i would expect to get! haha
