Siamo alle porte di Ghedi, e la doppia candeggiata formata dalle ALn668.3214 e 3106 viagga verso Brescia col R24192.

Dire naked mole rats are omnivorous scavengers, but will attack to defend their colonies. They are the only known mammal to be eusocial (living in a colony like termites and ants) with a caste system. Colonies range from 20 to 200 individuals, with one breeding female (the queen) and one to three breeding males. Other males and females do not breed, and are either workers or soldiers. A dire naked mole rat can grow to be up to 4 feet long and weigh over 50 pounds.
Combat
Dire naked mole rat packs attack fearlessly, biting and chewing with their sharp incisors.
Blindsight (Ex): A dire naked mole rat can ascertain all foes within 20 feet as a sighted creature would. Beyond that range, they treat all targets as having total concealment. Dire naked mole rats are susceptible to sound- and scent-based attacks, however, and are affected normally by loud noises and sonic spells and overpowering odors. Negating a dire naked mole rat’s sense of smell or hearing negates his blindsight, but he functions as though he had the Blight-Fight feat. If both smell and hearing are negated, the dire naked mole rat is effectively blinded.
Skills: Dire naked mole rats have a +4 racial bonus on Spot and Listen checks. These bonuses are lost if its blindsight is negated.

This house is opposite the rear entrance to a grammar school, and evidently the owner has become exasperated by the number of cars stopping outside their gates. I can't imagine the police would be desperate to follow up complaints about vehicles parked legally on the street.
Hundreds of generations of dire wolves perished in the sticky goo of the La Brea Tar Pits. A case can be made that this once apex canine predator was unable to learn and adapt to dangerous life-threatening circumstances in it’s environment that eventually would lead to it’s extinction.

Before and after plate of oysters and mussels, pulled from the lake, opened, and served. So fresh they might have recovered, if I had not eaten them.

This place is located just down Hedberg Road from the school in my last post that is situated just north of the Upper Peninsula town of Bessemer, Michigan. I took this shot on a cold, windy and snowy Saturday afternoon in late January and it shows.

Without megafauna to hunt, the hyper-carnivorous dire wolf became extinct about 10,000 years ago, disappearing from the North American landscape, but not from our imaginations.
Many fantasy authors have promoted the idea that there must be phantom dire wolves lurking in the shadows waiting to pounce on helpless victims! As you can see from the photo above, they were correct!! Beware, the next time that you walk in the woods . . .
