after a very frustrating session yesterday in good light I went back down to the estuary today with a few changes made to my camera menu settings , today was terrible flat dull light ,but what a difference a day makes . I think this poster is a common gull?
Some of y'all old timers will remember this dance move . . . "the dip" often performed anytime during a song.
I was doing a studio shoot earlier this year for a friend and her "beau". I had them dancing.
I secretly whispered to the guy that when I said "DIP" he was to "dip" her. I asked him not to anticipate it . . . just get into the dance and do it when I said it.
That gave me time to frame it . . . and this is one of the shots I got.

This is just an old tunic-ish top but this shot reminded me a little bit of the old bathing dresses women wore in the early 1900's (minus the watch, bracelets, earrings and decolletage).
Its that time of year to enjoy the fresh juicy fruit along with some delicious dip!
Is there anyone out there that does not already make this delicious dip if so run to the store right now and get the ingredients.....
You will want to skip the fruit and just eat the dip with a spoon!
Very old family favorite...
2- 8 oz cream cheese softened
1 large ( 11-14 oz) marshmallow cream
2 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Mix and enjoy...
Store in refrigerator

I went out a couple of weekends ago to shoot these familiar posts at dawn intending to do a self portrait. That laughably didn't work out due to my inability to stand still against incoming waves but I did take a few shots of the posts beforehand!
(apologies to the 52week group I posted the wrong picture to week 32 - this is meant to be 32 and the previous shot week 33)
So some Eejit came up with this idea to do 52 diptychs in 2012 . one mono and one colour . So i`ll be uploading mine every Sunday for the next 52 weeks !! ..................
And No !! this isn`t my 2012 project , just a sidebar so to speak ....... thought it might be fun ;-))

This photo was taken in January , Loften, Norway. I guess the water temperature should be no higher than 0°C. I wonder if there is anyone that dares to take a dip.
