Strips of lemon sole go into seasoned cornflour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs. Then they sit for a while on a cooling rack. Works well, in fact.

The classic wedding dip shot. Aren't my shoes the cutest. I HAD to have them. I had the perfect princess wedding from the dress all the way down to the food that we had catered. All thanks to my wonderful mom!
