These great crocks can be used for soup bowls or for French Onion soup in the oven.

The crocks are 5 1/2" long and 1 1/2" tall.

The crocks hold about a cup of liquid each.

100 g Gorgonzola

125 g QimiQ Classic Natur, ungekühlt

250 g Sauerrahm 15% Fett

1 Zwiebel, klein [40 g], fein gehackt

Weinbrand

Salz und Pfeffer

Zubereitung

Gorgonzola ohne Rinde mit einer Gabel fein zerdrücken.

Ungekühltes QimiQ Classic glatt rühren. Gorgonzola, Sauerrahm, Zwiebel und Weinbrand dazumischen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
