1 Zwiebel, klein [40 g], fein gehackt

Weinbrand

Zubereitung

Gorgonzola ohne Rinde mit einer Gabel fein zerdrücken.

Ungekühltes QimiQ Classic glatt rühren. Gorgonzola, Sauerrahm, Zwiebel und Weinbrand dazumischen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
