These great crocks can be used for soup bowls or for French Onion soup in the oven.

Gorgonzola ohne Rinde mit einer Gabel fein zerdrücken.

Ungekühltes QimiQ Classic glatt rühren. Gorgonzola, Sauerrahm, Zwiebel und Weinbrand dazumischen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
