Chad and me, Florida photobooth, March 1994.
This photo was in a box with a bunch of random photos I'd not seen for a while. This is the 3rd photo from a photobooth strip- for some reason I cut it off--maybe because it was stained by something?

Warm Apple Pie Dip
Yield: 2.5 cups of dip
Ingredients
Apple Pie Dip:
3 gala apples
3 tbs butter
1 1/2 tbs flour
2 tbs brown sugar
1/2 tsp apple pie spice
2 tbs water
Cream Cheese Mix:
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 tsp apple pie spice
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbs milk
Instructions
Combine the ingredients for the cream cheese mix in a mixing bowl and beat well until light and fluffy.
Peel, core and dice the apples.
In a medium sauce pan, over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the flour and stir well. Add the brown sugar and stir well.
Add the diced apples, apple pie spice and water, stir and cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the apples are soft.
Cool the apple pie filling for a few minutes, so it's no longer scolding hot.
Fold the apple pie filling into the cream cheese mixture. Mix until evenly incorporated.
*Can be served with apple slices, unsalted pretzels, light plain cookies, graham crackers, baked pie crust, etc.

I shot the "rehearsal" presentation for the internal DIP competition. This thing in this photograph is a touchscreen device, very similar to a giant i-phone, but they incorporate the hardware with some interesting software.
It was quite hard to shoot this one because Olympus's auto-focus is terrible in low light, and I actually manual focus for this shot, if I recall correctly. The infra-red of the flash would cause problems for this touch screen.
