About the 401st:
The 401st Army Field Support Brigade provides Soldiers, Sailors, Airman, and Marines, the tools and resources necessary to complete the mission. If they shoot, drive it, fly it, wear it, eat it or communicate with it, the 401st helps provide it. The brigade assists coalition partners with many of their logistical and sustainment needs. As part of Army tradition, unit command teams manned the serving lines to show their gratitude for their Soldiers.

Myer-Henderson Hall has introduced a first-of-its-kind for
installations in the Mid-Atlantic
region meal program that is
designed to refuel Soldiers after
physical training and get them
on the move to their next assignment. Known as Grab and Go, the initiative is in support of the Fuel the Athlete Soldier program and seeks to teach Soldiers good nutrition habits in order to improve both their health and performance, said Capt. CAMP CASEY, South Korea – The Thunder Inn Dining Facility wins the 2nd Infantry Division Commanding General’s Best Dining Facility of the year competition for fiscal year 2014, October 22, 2014 on Camp Casey, South Korea. Thanksgiving at Bagram. Since we can’t be with family, the DFAC folks go all out to decorate and have the traditional Thanksgiving Dinner with all the trimmings. 401st personnel took turns serving before they sat down to enjoy the spread.

The Vicenza Military Community celebrates Thanksgiving with a festive meal at the South of the Alps Dining Facility Nov. 27. Soldiers, Retirees, civilian employees, family members, and Italian employees enjoyed the traditional meal served in both the South of the Alps Dining Facility and the Del Din Dining Facility.

Imaging eating this stuff for a whole year. The menu does change, but repeats. I've eaten this since last October here in Afghanistan. Army food is notorious for being substandard, but this is getting ridiculous. (Actually, the hot dogs aren't bad....) Please see this photo with accompanying 'rant' for more insight:
