The staff of the Nutrition Care Branch and the Dining Facility at the Heidelberg Health Center presented their Thanksgiving meal on Nov. 20, 2009. Guest servers scooped out portions of food for all to enjoy.
Leaders and Soldiers from the 10th Mountain Division (LI) Sustainment Brigade celebrated Thanksgiving with a traditional meal at the Muleskinner Dining Facility on Fort Drum, New York Nov. 24,2020.
As part of Army tradition, unit command teams manned the serving lines to show their gratitude for their Soldiers.
A special thanks to the Soldiers of the 593rd Quartermaster Company who worked tirelessly to prepare this year's meal.

Edward Baccich gave away handmade blankets and read along books after 1st Cavalry Division Chaplain, Lt. Col. Eric Albertson, spoke. Albertson addressed the gathering that was comprised of Soldiers and civilians from both units.

On Nov. 22, the USAREUR Connelly award winning Conn Barracks Consolidated Dinning Facility, along with Ledward DFAC, had conducted its annual Thanksgiving Day Celebration.
The community had gathered together for an abundance of excellent food choices and beheld the displays of culinary skills sprinkled throughout both DFACs.

1st Battalion, 24th Infantry Command Sgt. Maj. James Coroy serves food to Fort Wainwright Soldiers during a Thanksgiving dinner at the North Star dining facility Nov. 25. Coroy and other Fort Wainwright leaders gathered at the DFAC to help serve over 400 hungry Soldiers. The dinner was one of the final meals served at the North Star Dining Facility before the 25th Brigade Support Battalion relinquishes control of the DFAC to a contracted company. The food service specialist assigned to the 25th BSB will begin focusing their time and effort to the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division's deployment to the National Training Center in Fort Irwin, Calif. The Army uses its services contracting dollars, mostly from the Operation and Maintenance, Army account, to run all of the installations, including dining facilities (DFACs) such as the Lancer Consolidated DFAC on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA, scheduled to reopen May 1 after being closed for 18½ months while 2nd Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division Soldiers were deployed to Afghanistan.
