A variation of a build for Bright Bricks which was presented to a Land Rover dealer to mark the last year of Defender production. Working steering, pendular front / live axle rear suspension, engine, linear transmission.

The wood stork is a large American wading bird in the stork family. It appears all white on the ground, with blackish-gray legs and pink feet. In flight, the trailing edge of the wings is black. The head is dark brown with a bald, black face, and the thick down-curved bill is dusky yellow. Juvenile birds are a duller version of the adult, generally browner on the neck, and with a paler bill. The bare head and the long bill, which can measure up to ten inches in length, render the wood stork distinctive from other large waders in its range.
There is no safe harbor for Red Moons cells, so the less-than-popular freedom fighters take their supplies with them. Connections within the New Republic found opportunities for the Red Moons to liberate a new Defender-class Cruiser, which was then retrofitted and christened "The Boneyard" for its bounty of looted, plundered, and scavenged cargo.

It was very foggy and windy at Devil's Slide today so not sure if this pelican was even aware of the falcon nest that it wandered close to (though pelican's have been known to kill falcon chicks).
Inspired by the 8087 Lego TIE-Defender set, here is my rendering of this great and powerful TIE ship.

DISABLED OF SPURN POINT.
At 2.30 p.m. on 7th.December 2018 in position 53 52.476 N, 001 01.481 E, 34 miles from Spurn Poin, the buoy tender Vikingfjord suffered a power reduction due to a faulty connection between the engine and turbot and had a restricted manoeuvrability. The ship's agent, Carlbom Shipping, asked the tug EMS Boxer to assist, but it was unable to complete the task and had to return to Great Yarmouth. Instead, at 9.15 a.m. on 9th. December the tug EMS Defender was tasked to assist from Great Yarmouth with an ETA of midnight, 10th December in order to tow the tender to Grimsby. The ship entered Grimsby Royal Dock on 11th. December.

Paris is a magnificent city full of life and history... Everywhere you turn, there are reminders of the past and what this country and citizens have endured. This morning, I went into my photos of Paris and chose a new image to edit. This one spoke to me. I think it is the perfect depiction of what France will do to protect itself.
The Defender is a one-man heavy star fighter with quad engines as well four pylon mounted dual heavy laser cannons.
