A trip with friends up to Cutter Ranch near Clinton, BC to meet our young lambs before they are slaughtered in a couple months. We then stayed the weekend at Loon Lake for some relaxing, cooking, and of course eating!

This is the 2.25 inch circle cutter I got with my button maker...It's heavy and sharp, but I'm not really sure how it works. I use a Marvy paper punch instead (the pink circle is perfect for 2 1/4" buttons!)

I never saw a playground thing this well made before. Brilliant craftmanship, design and materials. Our two boys loved this toy so much, we had to go back to the place twice .-)
i bought the knife to modify ,,by cutting the end off & adding a 10 mm piece of curved stainless steel , it will guide the knife & the top will stop the stomach getting cut, usually the internals are removed before the brisket & neck is cut ,I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU WOULD WANT TO CUT THE BRISKET BEFORE GETTING THE STOMACH & INTERNALS OUT OF THE WAY FIRST, The knife It polished up well,,,It's a shame, that you use a hammer to hit it through the brisket & neck,,, I have confidence it will survive , it's good steel,,,
This is the Coast Guard Cutter "Alert" which is a twin to the "The Steadfast". These ships are routinely docked at the 17th street pier in Astoria when they need to be re-supplied.
