So I crossed the street
and followed him into the garden
of a cafe, where he was sitting with
friends. I intruded on their gathering
to ask for his photo, and he consented
but somewhat shyly,
casting his eyes downward
towards his big mug
of capuccino. "That mohawk
gets you a lot of
attention," said one
of his friends.

Leaf cutter ants are amazing! They harvest the leaves to grow fungus in their gardens for food (not the leaves).

the cookie cutter didnt actually look this cool, but thanks to photoshop now it does. i just put a cookie cutter i found in my old classroom on a light box and vuala..or however you spell it... i love shallow d.o.f.

The unique Russian snow cutter in Krkonoše, Czech Republic in spring 2009. Cleaning the last remains of snow, that are in huge dunes, from the way.
