This is the cutter of the machine shown in “Bauer MT 75 at New Shin-yokohama Station Construction Site.” It is interesting that the objects (bits?) at the tips have various shapes.

In Shanghai China they are building what we call cookie cutter homes for the rich and middle class. These homes are identical in every way except when the person who owns the home comes in and decorates. By doing this method of construction it saves time and money and is easier to build than if you create new designs every time. In Shanghai they don't have time to come up with new designs when everything is changing so rapidly and they need new homes to accommodate the exploding population.
