Mountaincutters, whose name, both plural and anonymous, comes from the contraction of mountain and cutters, symbolises the meeting between geology, landscape, action and the gesture of the hand. Since 2013, she has been acting as a full-fledged artistic organism-environment, developing mainly site-specific projects through various contamination processes. Her work often takes the form of ephemeral modules, active the time of the exhibition and whose components are made from unprocessed raw materials such as iron, steel, clay, copper, lead, paper or glass.

Leaf-cutter ants doing what they do best. These were extremely common around Bilsa and it wasn´t unusual to see impossibly long trails of these slowly stripping trees along the trails.

The MultiSAFE 860 is a valuable member of HEWER family. A traditional safety mechanism of spring loaded blade retraction is activated by withdrawing the thumb off the slide. Only then the blade retracts on contact loss with the material automatically into the knife body. An extra extended blade length of up to 40mm is particularly ideal for deep cutting work. An unique, patent-pending rotating design allows for accurate and precise cutting , in which an extension blade length can be adjusted in every one millimeter! An ergonomically, durable GFN slim handle is designed for friendly using in deburring, piercing, cutting, dressing, finishing, contouring, etc. A long, non-slip slider offers a high stability and the most comfortable in works.Thank you HEWER for offering both 30° and 60° angle of blades to finish all cutting, deburring and scratching applications.
