Cutter, Ely. [52.394030, 0.267869]
One my favourite haunts for around forty years, this pub occupies a prime spot on Ely's riverside. Note the boat hull bar frontage which (if I remember the story correctly) was built by a local boatyard as part of a 1964 refurbishment.
In a hotel room in Dallas (bored), playing with flash. I didn't quite get the tip of the pie cutter white. If you look closely in the corker, one can see the reflection of my hand holding the 'reflectors', a white cutting board and a folded piece of paper. Working off the book "Light: Science and magic".

Hence a photo of the cutter.

This Ribbon fries potato cutter is quick and easy to use and is definitely a smart piece of Spiral Fries that would look great on any Chip Twister on sausage counter. If you are a big fan of making your own fries, then this will be invaluable. There is a choice of two different cutting blades that are easy to swap and change. You can decide on how large or small you want your batch of food to be on different occasions.

Hot stylus terminals - Made from alligator clips with with plastic insulation underneath... Red + Black - wires connect to bannana plugs which plug directly to the power supply...
There is also foil tape layered between the alligator clips and the plastic insulation to prevent the plastic from melting - The clips are bonded to the cutter head with "JB-Weld" which is a resin that is non conductive, tough as nails and can withstand temps of 265 C
So far i have run current into it up to 500ma which floated at a steady 1.5v
I touched the end of the stylus with my finger tip and it was hot, but not enough to burn my finger

Part of my cookie cutter collection- many of which were hand-made by my great-grandfather for my great-grandmother. I can use these for punching out slices of meat and cheese, and the smaller ones for vegetables and fruit.
