Annular cutters are capable of much more efficient cutting than conventional drills. We offer annular cutter in sizes from Ø12mm to Ø150mm with 25mm to 100mm depth of cut in metric sizes and Ø1/2” to Ø2-3/8” with 1” to 4” depth of cut in ANSI sizes.

Our Annular Cutters are made from high quality HSS, HSS-E and Super Tough HSS. Our Tungsten Carbide Tipped, TCT, Cutters are made from High Quality Alloy Steel with special multi-ply geometry carbide tips. Most of our Annular Cutters incorporate a patented multi-relief design that improves chip evacuation and reduces cutting force; this delivers better tool life and reduces wear and tear on the drill machine.

We offer a wide variety of shanks to adapt to Magnetic-Seat drilling machines and drill presses from many different manufacturers such as: Alfra, Hougen, Jancy, Euroboor, BDS Ruko, Fein, Hitachi and others.

Gold Star Precision Tool Company’s Annular Cutters are used extensively in Railway, Shipbuilding, Bridging, Aerospace, Construction and Machine Building industries. Please click on the product photo to view more details.

This glass cutter was kind enough to let me see how cutting the glass would look from his point of view. In the lower right, you can see the spinning blade cutting a groove into the glass. The water - necessary for the process to work without cracking the glass - streams off the piece at the bottom.

A matboard cutter. This was part of a photo shoot for the website. Strobes we're used to brighten the space.

Redimat, one of ZURB's first clients, creates custom matboard for artists and photographers. We helped Redimat get online. While their website hasn't weathered so well, the site is still cranking in the business.
