This kid walked right up to my coffee counter and picked a bag of whole beans coffee. I was so curious to see what that was all about.
CN L568 heads west light power to lift their train in Stratford, after lifting the CN/CP interchange and setting off the CN 4125 + the interchange traffic for 533 to return to Toronto with. 568s train would consist of cars for Roslin LTD in St. Marys, a transload facility that has picked up quite a bit since the CN takeover, getting quite a few carloads a week and even hosting their own 2 switchers to spot cars. Seemingly every Sunday over the past few months, moves like this to switch Roslin have been very frequent.
Went to the Liquor store. Brought an E-M1 MkII along for the adventure with an adapted Jupiter-8M (Contax-RF mount).
The lens is from the mid 1950s and has seen better days. The lens coatings are mostly scratched off and when the lens is wide open, It gives very pleasant glow around highlights.
When taking photos of flowers, I really like this lens for the soft but chaotic bokeh.
Direct from the camera, contrast is not very good, but very easy to recover some contrast from RAW.
You don't have to go home but you can't stay here...

Wild burros
As pack animals, they could handle heavy loads for provisions, ore, and equipment needed by the miners. The “wild” burros frequenting the streets of Oatman are direct descendants of the gold miners who set the animals free when the mines shut down.
