United Airlines, unlike the worthless craptastic Delta Airlines, is getting me home this morning. I was angry with United a few months ago for a 5 hour delay that forced me to change weekend plans; they may have just redeemed themselves- we'll see. All I know is that Delta's customer service has a lot to learn about serving customers- no distressed hotel rate voucher, meal voucher, or even apology were offered for this extraordinary inconvenience. The Delta experience is bad enough that I'd even venture to say they could improve by taking tips from the TSA (and that's BAD)...

My Sigma EF-500 DG ST broke this Christmas. I wrote "Fix flash – someday" in my calendar.
Four months later, I go to Fotomässan and ask a Sigma guy how much it'll cost me.
He just walks into his magical closet, comes out with the replacement part and says "here you go".
Thank you, Sigma guy!
I just might remember this when it's spending time.

Although it was quite obvious in the short row of six or seven carts she pushed in from the parking lot, the King Soopers employee neglected to notice the used drink cup lodged in one of the carts. Or, worse, noticed the cup and chose to do nothing about it.
Employees from restaurants, airlines, shops, contractors and the Airport Authority came out to the awards ceremony to support those recieving honors.

I missed out on Customer Appreciation week whle I was in London but had a few surprises waiting for me when I got home from my work. Starting with.. a blue Customer Service balloon. Oh yay! I'm throwing my own Customer Appreciation party!
This is a letter I received from INDOT two days after sending them an e-mail complaint about a filthy restroom at a rest stop that I encountered on my way through Indiana last weekend. Amazing customer service from the government!
