This is it.. Could filter it more... But i dont care for my first batch...Ehhhggg!! hmm its ok.. but i think it maybe slightly infected, totally high in alcohol but has a tart slightly fruit taste.. Could be the citric acid I have added but i think it maybe a infection.. hmm I really dont know what im doing and better start reading my brewing books again.. Anyway now i have 5lts of this stuff... Ill go back to the Japanese supermarket and get more Kome-Koji and make another batch in a proper fermenter with an airlock.. Yeah;)
