One of the iconic public houses for Sutton is The Cup on Birmingham. It remained open until the 2010 World Cup. The is always Yate’s (née The Litten Tree) over the road and the Bottle of Sack.
It has recently reopened as a restaurant serving Turkish and Greek cuisine.

This was the only image I took today and it was a request from a stock photography site. I just cropped in to a part of it. The original photo had the whole cup.
In my scene, Boba Fett's missile pokes up over his shoulder, so I need to recreate the top foot or so. This is about 50% too wide, but whatcha gonna do? I'm planning to use styrofoam for the nosecone.

I started working for Starbucks last year on the second of November. I quit working there in August, to start working for my dad, but this would have been my first work 'anniversary.'
I like the occasional Gingerbread Latte or Peppermint Mocha, so this means good things ;)
7.24.13 - Check one off the bucket list - I touched the Cup! With the help of an awesome friend, I ended up in the Blackhawks VIP party for trainer Mike Gapski. My dad always taught me that in the photography world, you sometimes have to be bold to get what you want. After I had my photo taken by the event staff, I grabbed my own camera and after a few minutes I was back onstage with my 28mm and was able to grab some awesome shots of the cup. Say hello to Lord Stanley.
Mom loves Tiramisu so as another dessert choice to go along with the cakes (pictures is on Flickr) I decided to do Tiramisu in Cups. But for all of you guys to know... THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME MAKING TISAMISU!!! Best thing is everyone loved it! I made prefect first time Tisamisu! I was so happy people enjoyed my desserts.
On May 9, 2023, the 26th annual Perlman Cup took place at Forsgate Country Club. This golf outing for women and is designed to accommodate beginners as well as experienced golfers. Dedicated to the memory of Bessie Cutter Perlman, the mother of Special Olympics New Jersey, this event honors her commitment to individuals with intellectual disabilities and her hope for a more inclusive community.
