I was getting supper prepared and realized that I hadn't picked up the camera for a daily shot. Had my phone with me and looked about me, in the kitchen, in the sink, out the window on the window... clicked a few and got supper done as well...

Just a wee detail shot from High Cup Nick. If you look closely you can see the scale against the walkers along the edge of the crags. An amazing place for a wander with the added b
onus of being very handy for The Stag Inn at Dufton. Some excellent beers including one or two excellent local ones - Helm Bar are always worth a try.
Taking the centre fast line, a West Coast Railways operated 'Footex' charter with Manchester football fans passes through Levenshulme station. Running from Manchester Piccadilly, Electric Blue liveried Claas 86 loco 86259 'Les Ross / Peter Pan' leads the train south towards Wembley Central for the FA Cup Final.

God's goodness to His people is meted out with no begrudged or measured hand. Our Shepherd is Divine, and Deity is the source, and Infinity the measure, of His supplies. "My cup runs over." This would appear the crown and climax of the blessings of which our Nightingale Psalmist had been sweetly singing. The Lord his Shepherd had given him not a full cup merely, but a brimmed one; not brimmed only, but overflowing; a cup like, and worthy of, Himself- "exceeding abundantly above all that he had asked or thought."
On a dull wet'n'windy day it's always a good idea to stop indoors and have a nice hot cup of tea......
