Dramatic clouds and sunset at the "Blue Bridge" Pioneer Memorial Bridge from Clover Island, Kennewick, WA

The bridge will get you from point A to point B by going over the obstacle. If you find yourself knee deep then you missed the turn. You can see the alterations I have done going to an abstract but the part you do not see is there was a huge stick that poked up in the middle of the shot and ruined the bridge, in abstract it was quiet easy to erase the stick and bridge the gap in the bridge, hope you enjoy the spring crossover!

Pitt River Bridge

The Pitt River Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge that spans the Pitt River between Port Coquitlam and Pitt Meadows in British Columbia, Canada.

You never know what lies ahead, as the saying goes.

…trotzdem bietet sie interessante Perspektiven an und die Wandkachel find' ich auch gut. Gefunden in Altschwabing.

At either end of the platforms of the East and West loops the rails cross over, allowing the Mail Rail trains to pass each other as they delivered the mail.

The Mail Rail tunnels were used to transport mail all around London on a network of automated underground electric trains. It opened in 1927, and only ceased service in 2003.

Back in the woods again. Patchy sunlight illuminated this dark corner of Ferns, I found the colours and shapes very attractive.

A local American-Mexican riding club put on a dandy presentation of riding skill at our Iowa Horse Show. In this scene one of the riders switches from his horse to rein in a bareback like they use to do in the old west.

The lighting was tough on this image with the bright openings behind but I think it was good enough to post .

A late entry for the Lego competition, but couldn’t resist a Halloween crossover!

Was wondering how I could get the skeleton figure to appear to be in the ground when I noticed our chopping board on the drainer which just so happens to have a perfect size hole in it!

All set up and lit in-situ just a few colour tweaks.

This is my second visit to this beautiful waterfalls near Portland. The name is Panther Creek Falls. It was nearly sunset when I took the shoots. So it was actually much darker than the photo shows.

Twas foggy on the hills as the north bound boxes run towards Inverness between Slochd and Moy. The A9 takes a different route around the hill with light traffic on the main road north / south.

this bridge carries a cycle path, near the station in Lent

About a mile and a half of coal is rolling down the hill about ten miles south of Bill, WY. The Union Pacific train, led by a new Tier 4 SD70ACe (SD70AH) is stretched out through the 90.5 crossover on the Orin Subdivision.

The solo now completed the crossover. You could see the smoke color just changing.

Rarely used part of the rail systems in rural Nova Scotia. One line runs directly into a concrete production facility.

In Conrail's final autumn, a westbound led by SD60M CR 5561 blasts under the PT 256 signals between Cassandra and Portage. While these signals were eliminated a few years back, plans are in place to install crossovers in this area in the coming years to accommodate a planned second Amtrak train on the Pittsburgh Line. It's entirely possible a shot of this scene in the future will have signals again - just not Pennsy ones.
