Crossing the Delaware River for the second time in a few miles on it's journey out of Allentown, H76 heads north to Slatford Junction.
I set up a shot down Hanover Street in Boston's North End with St. Stephen's Church (the gold dome) in the background. I used my beanbag and a traffic barrier for a tripod, but the first shot didn't work -- people crossing the street came out as blurs (like the guy on the left). I got ready to try again as soon as this girl and guy were out of the frame. But the girl -- who had been moving left to right -- suddenly turned and started walking straight toward me. I clicked the shutter and hoped for the best.
I posted a different version of this shot in 2006.
In addition to creating original images, I also compose music as well. You are invited to visit the SoundCloud music sight and listen to my compositions.
Here's the latest posted piece (at least when this image was uploaded): Eyes Wide Open - Winter by pdw from the Alpha & Omega Suite - the Seasons!
Music is just like art… it's quite subjective. You might love it or you might not enjoy it at all, but I just want to say Thanks for taking a few minutes to give it a listen.

At Sawmill Golf Course in Stillwater, Minnesota. I loved the tattered look of the sign. It almost reminds me of a barber's pole.

I re-did the Golf Cart Crossing photo I plan to enter into the Riverside County Fair. The old one had fewer pixels or something because the enlargement was blurry. I'm hoping this one will be more clear when it is enlarged.
Second Severn Crossing just after sunset. (I'm new at this so would welcome any constructive feedback).
