Die griechisch-orthodoxe Kirche Panagía Kerá liegt bei Kritsa auf Kreta (Griechenland) unweit der Lasithi-Hochebene. Diese Kirche stammt aus dem 13. Jahrhundert und beherbergt gut erhaltene und restaurierte byzantinische Fresken.

I love sand dunes. This shot was taken on the magical island of Gavdos, just south of Crete, which you can see in the backround. After a day of strong wind all the foot prints were cleared. There is also Thyme ( one of my favorite herbs) growing on the dunes. Gavdos is calling and I will be back!!
