I know this doesn't look very pretty, but I thought it was really amazing what I could see when I used my zoom and macro.

Try and guess what this creature is? Your right lilac_breasted_roller. It's a slug! It seems to be trying to eat my pretty Marigold plant. I guess I will have to move it somewhere else. Anyways, I had fun taking pictures of it. Tomorrow, I will show you a photo of all of it.

Went to the Botanical garden in Sarasota then headed to St. Petersburg for some late night creature hunting. As soon as we pulled into the pier we captured a Pelican with a Mud Puppy?

If you’re ever in St. Petersburg you have to go to Bella Brava and get there Lobster Mac & Cheese…It’s so awesome ….The Lamb Chops were delicious as well but very small portion size for the money I spent but very cool atmosphere and very good food.

Actually, I doubt if a full-grown manatee could fit in the Dade Canal, especially on low tide.

I miss being a young child.

I still try and keep the same attitude as I had when I was younger creature. Nothing scared me and I had no insecurities. Everything was completely possible and I was filled with a sense that the impossible would definitely happen.

I should start opening envelopes a bit more neatly

Seahorse at the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago, Il. My boyfriend and I took a day trip there because he had never been. We made it just in time for SHARK CHAT.

This little guy was signing away as I was doing the creatures shoot. I was whistling back to him, hoping he would stick around for some photos. This was also in the park by the Little Miami River. Mid-day, sunny, bright light. I did a little cropping and lightening of this photo.
