Knott End Golf Course

For this course, students were asked: Who would you like to capture in a painting? Your family? Your cat or dog? Yourself? They then created their own “over the top” portraits with cool 3-D parts to them. These portraits don't just include what students look like, but will tell about they are. Serious or silly, celebratory or soulful, these are unique portraits of their lives!

The weather here is finally warming up, so I wandered outside at work today to try a landscape shot. I only had my point&shoot with me, and the course isn't looking too green thanks to the hard freezes all week, but it was a nice, clear blue day, and given the forecasts for rain later in the week, I thought I should take advantage while I could.

I had time to kill before my flight last Friday so I spent it taking photos in the windows like a weirdo. The ledges were a great tripod substitute!

These are straight from the camera as we're not supposed to use Photoshop for our assignments.
