This is a foam of butter-poached lobster with some pieces of lobster, spring onions, and peas. Outside the bowl there were sprigs of catmint. The waiters poured boiling water over the mint to enhance its scent.

UPDATE: Lightly schooling over 2.6" courses. Showing great form, and does an auto lead change 70% of the time. She is very easy to work with, and will take very little work to have her ready for this years show season!!! She has been ridden by an 11 year old intermediate child, and stays nice and quiet. She also is an excellent dressage prospect. A must see if you are looking for a nice childrens project with "A" show potential.

Cola has been so much fun to work with. She's incredible smart, and loves people. Very balanced, pretty mover. Lighty started over fences. No vices. Will make a great Childrens Hunter. 15.2 with a little growing still, and nice big step. She did wonderful in her first schooling show in November!!! >>>Placed high in all classes

Scarifyed heather ready for tree planting

Between 1989 and 1996 I was taking pictures for two of the UK's national golf magazines, and I did a lot of features on golf courses, mainly around the middle of the country. These are some of the shots that I took for magazine articles.

Most shots were on Fujichrome Velvia and most were taken with a Nikon F4S or occasionally a Nikon F801. All images scanned on an Epson V300. More images to come when I find time.
