A fabulous custom 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home on one wooded acre with views of Mt. Kineo and the water. Located on a private golf course community of about 30 homes, this property makes a wonderful summer home as well as year round. Accessible by boat or snowmobile only, and golf cart transportation on the island. A golf cart will convey with the home. Homes on historic Kineo island are all so very well maintained, old and new. The community is just one you have to see.

tweaked in Lightroom - Wb adjust, saturation, killed all magenta luminance and satuaration, same for orange - a nice feature LR has is being able to adjust each individual color's Hue, Sat and Luminance (HSL)

also pushed blacks in LR, which HDR's often suppress
